Delicious Quinoa Granola

Ingredients

¼ cup maple syrup

2 tbsp. unpasteurized/ raw honey (optional)

1 tsp. vanilla

¼ cup coconut butter (optional) could be just maple syrup

2 cups Quinoa flakes or 1 cup organic rolled oats /1 cup quinoa flakes

¾ cup seeds of your choice~ sunflower, pumpkin, sesame

½ cup slivered almonds or other of your choice

¼ cup dried fruits of your choice, cranberries, apricots, goji,

¾ cup unsweetened shredded coconut


Preparation

Melt honey, coconut and maple syrup on stove top.

In a large bowl combine your quinoa flakes, fruits, shredded coconut and nuts. Spread your granola out on a large baking sheet. Pour the honey, coconut and maple syrup on top.

Bake at 275 degrees until golden brown. Be sure to check and stir if necessary to even out the browning. Aprox: 20 min.-½ hour

Let cool and store in a sealed container. Enjoy your nourishing cereal with almond, rice or whole organic milk and 1-2tbsp ground flax seeds atop.
