For those of you who joined dharani in the spring time we will now explore Acu yoga points from a seated pose and for the organ of the summer, the heart. We will locate energy meridians on the arms and torso for the heart, the fluids of the body and the pericardium ~ the heart protector, all very important allies in preventive medicine.
The eight piece brocade has been practiced since 4th century BC to maintain vibrant health and longevity! Practitioners may join at any time in the series.
Part 1 will be offered again the Spring 2011. For all levels
